This historic tournament came about when 10 of the world's most powerful people were sitting together after a meeting of the ultra-secret and exclusive cabal called only the "Illiterati". At this same meeting, Fred Luchetti of Live 3D Poker overheard the 10 discussing their passion for poker.
"I know these guys pretty well," said Luchetti, "and they have more money than they know what to do with. The $100,000,000,000 entry fee is chump change to people like that. So I casually hinted that Live 3D Poker could arrange a big money tournament, just for them and that was that."

"It was a wild and spirited game," noted Luchetti, "with no clear dominant player. But with vacant stares and bumbling thoughts, players such as G. Bush and P. Hilton didn't stand a chance."
